So simple in making appointment and a very friendly staff. Dr Chawla was very precise. I would definitely recommend this office.

Wait less than 20 minutes after the appointment hr, Dr. Vargas is very professional and kind. The girl at the front have a positive aptitude, she goes above and beyond to help the patients.

This place is absolutely terrible! My mother is basically a new patient here. These people would never answer the phone so that she could make an appointment. My mothers primary doctor managed to make it for her. After that it was impossible to get in touch to confirm the appointment. She took a chance and went all the way from the keys to her appointment. Thankfully they saw her. Then she left. She had to call to make an appointment for an outpatient procedure. That was another nightmare. Thankfully again her primary doctor was able to do it on her behalf. She would call and call this office to confirm that her appointment is set. They never answered the freaking phone. I do not recommend this office to anyone. It’s almost impossible to hey a hold of them. No one pays attention or does anything right. I have been holding a surgery due to their lack of care. They will have you come in without making sure they can see you first. They truly believe people have nothing better yo do but to be all day on the phone waiting for them to answer or to just come here for fun. This is disrespectful. Which is a shame because Dr Suarez it’s such a great doctor but the overall process with the office itself it’s a mess!

He was super fast to see my mom. Scheduled an endoscopy and didn’t even speak to me after procedure. He was very dismissive and in a rush to leave. The poor nurse practitioner is the one who spoke to me and was very nice to communicate all the information. Office staff great him not so much. 😡
