Horrible experience at this place. My husband had to schedule twice for a colonoscopy and the prep that they gave him did not work. After the first time the prep failed, I told them to give another prep. They gave him the same prep adding more laxatives. Then they tried to blame my husband for not following instructions, when he followed them thoroughly. He followed the low residue diet and everything and the prep did not work. There are different preps for this standard procedure! I had my colonoscopy there before my husband and the prep they gave me was different from my husband's and it worked and I was able to have the colonoscopy. They don't listen and we will definitely be going somewhere else. Horrible experience!

I had a great experience with Dr. Priyanka Sachdeva. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff were also incredibly nice and professional, making the whole visit smooth and comfortable.

Their standards for medical assistants is so low. The MA who was going over my med list could not read any of my meds in the review. She couldn't even pronounce the word "antihistamine"... it was so bad that she added letters that aren't even there in her pronunciation. I was very nice and told her to read phonetically.... well she got offended and had the office manager accost me in the exam room. She told me that I made her feel uncomfortable and that she was very new to the job and that I could have spoken differently to her. I was talked down to as a patient and an issue was made out of something that could have been a teaching moment for the staff. Just a heads up before making an appointment here. Their new rule is once you get an appointment with a doctor you can never switch to another doctor in the practice. Regardless if you didn’t have a good patient doctor interaction or if you don’t feel comfortable with that doctor. You wait months to get in with the first available doctor just to get in. Noone should be forced to stick with a doctor they aren’t comfortable with. Crazier part is, this goes for any patient who saw a doctor even before the rule was made…

This office is an absolute disappointment to patient care! We had a new patient visit in August for an October colonoscopy. They made us wait three hours for the visit, to be seen by provider that was retiring and couldn’t do the procedure. We scheduled the colonoscopy for 11/5. I personally called three weeks before to confirm that everything was set, all clearances were done, and was told yes! Four days before they call and say they need to do it in a hospital due to clearances. I was rescheduled twice already! Ultimately I changed providers because I can’t have a procedure done by an office who is so uncoordinated and disconnected with their patients! I regret not taking the reviews at face value!
