Gastroenterology Specialists of Middle Tennessee - Smyrna

First of all I don’t know why but this account I was invited to use for my review is my husbands lol! But that’s okay. The waiting area is clean and inviting. And the patient rooms are clean. The receptionist and staff are all so very kind and patient. RN Kara Hobbs was very understanding, even genuinely asking me about my back story. She answered all my questions and at no point did I ever feel like she was in a hurry to get out of the room. I felt heard, I have answers to all the questions I had and I feel a weight off my shoulders. I was sent down for X-ray afterwards and check-in staff were very sweet and helpful. The X-ray tech was quick to come get me and she was such a fun personality. I would definitely recommend coming here for gastro needs.

Courteous staff. The nurse practitioner was very understanding and polite while getting differing reports from the patient and his caregiver. She then carefully repeated the response to the patient so they both understood what was going on. I couldn't have asked for better care.

I was recently referred to this provider by my PCP, and I was impressed by the courteous and professional staff. I was seen by Kelly Roberts, and I found her to be very thorough, as well as personable during the exam. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the entire team was very friendly.

I've been seeing Dr. Montemuro and Kelly for several years. I love Connie at check-in, the entire process of being seen is always great. I always feel like I'm truly heard and never made to feel like just a number or that my questions are not important.

Highly recommend both Dr's in this office. The staff is also wonderful. Our most recent experience was with both Dr's for my father. They explained everything.
