Gastroenterology Associates of Central PA P.C.

The wait was overwhelming. My husband sat for hours even though they call you when they are ready for you. All appointments seem to be between 10 and 2...and even though they called around 1040 to come in he wasn't taken back until after 115. The nurses and staff were patient and apologized for the wait, however my husband will never go back there nor will I. Patient courtesy seems to no longer exist. Such a shame.

Exceptional care. It was my first time having interaction with this facility, and I was treated like I was a regular. From the intake nurse to the anesthesiologist to the discharge nurse. They were all caring and matched my sense of humor. They helped me make a nervous procedure enlightening. Would definitely recommend them all.

My husband was a very difficult case with many things going on medically speaking. Dr Rowe always took his time with him, and thoroughly went through all of the information. I would definitely recommend him. The only down side is that we always had to wait a while until we were seen.

All of the nurses and other staff are WONDERFUL. The doctor has singlehandedly ruined the practice by showing up two hours late to my first appointment and FOUR hours late to my second. He also hasn't taken my symptoms seriously and said that it'll just "go away on its own" I cannot recommend this place any less and will be telling everyone I know to never go here.

After several visits, doc said "I can't help" but refused to write a referral to another gastro doc. The doc didn't want to entertain any questions and would always leave ASAP. They would not do a colonoscopy and endoscopy in a single visit, even in Covid times. Guess they wanted to bill as much as possible. They won't schedule a specific time for a colonoscopy, just give you a date and expect you to wait around all day. Horrible experience.
