I recently had an outstanding experience at Gastro Health West Kendall and cannot recommend this facility enough. For those of us living in the West Kendall area, the location is perfect—it is incredibly convenient to have top-tier specialized care right in our backyard without having to trek across the city. The Office and Accessibility The office is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. One of the biggest stressors of medical appointments is often the logistics, but that wasn't the case here: Easy to Find: The office is located in a prominent, accessible spot. Horrible front desk personnel. Why would you pre-register and then be asked same information at arrival. Then contradict what you are trying to say! Then give you paper forms with what they just asked! INSANE. It the friendliest staff, horrible will give negative stars if possible. Arrived before appointment time and others were taken care prior to us. Not used to this experiences with Baptist… I have really good private insurance. I will make sure I let everyone know about my experience. I will go to all social media apps and write negative review about this experience. Shame on you.

I appreciate Dr. Amir Riaz. He was attentive, thorough, and caring with my dad. He explained the procedure clearly and simply, giving my dad the confidence he needed to undergo the ERCP.
