While Dr Perla and assisting staff are nice, I was told there would be no co-pay for a follow up visit. Of course then they billed me with a co-pay. When I called about it, I was told a manager would get back to me, of course s/he never did.

. I am a nurse and Highly recommend this practice. Dr Perla is thorough and competent. Denise is professional and responds to calls. Generally very very surprised at how efficient this practice is compared to our disjointed health system. They always rapidly responded to my calls and questions. They are interested in how meds are working and willing to work with you on your treatment. Thank you

Ilene is amazing. Kind, caring, attentive, knowledgeable and easy to talk and deal with. She make an uncomfortable, redundant, inconvenient, unavoidable and necessary experience as pleasant as possible.

After waiting a week to get an appointment, I was so excited to finally get some answers to help explain excessive bloating and gas. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, yet waited an hour to see the doctor. Met with her for 5 minutes. She ordered a bunch of tests explained nothing and sent me to another room. There I was given a bunch of forms and told all testing kits would come in the mail in 2 weeks and then I’d have to mail them back and wait another 2 weeks for the results. So basically it will be a month before I get any answers as to why I’m having these unexplained symptoms. Thank god I don’t have excruciating pain otherwise I might die between now and the time I finally get diagnosed. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Here you are just another patient waiting in
