I had an excellent experience at this gastroenterology office. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The medical assistant was kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. The doctor was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all of my questions. You can truly tell they care about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-quality GI care.

The staff is super attentive and polite. Patient Scheduling is wonderful … NO wait time. Dr H Gonzalez explains everything to the T. Answers all our questions, a total pleasure to walk in to that office.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Gonzales, but his assistant, Karen, has really made things stressful. Her phone etiquette and professionalism aren’t great, and scheduling my procedure has been a lot harder than it should be. She doesn’t seem to enjoy her work, which makes the whole experience frustrating.

A caring knowledgeable doctor with a great personality that actually sits down and listens and explains to the patient, before typing on his laptop. I once visited a doctor that never took her eyes off her laptop while asking and typing, no eye contact whatsoever!!

Dr Hector Gonzalez is the best of the best. He is the first doctor in 30 years to figure out what is wrong with my digestive system and to find a way to fix it. He is caring and concerned. He explains everything fully and asks me if I have any questions. I can contact him in between appointments if I have a question or something comes up and he gets right back to me. I wish every doctor was as competent and caring as him.
