Dr. Palmer has created, in his practice, something that unfortunately does not abound nowadays. As a patient, you feel that time has been devoted to you, and your concerns are truly heard. Rush is non-existent and you can actually talk to your doctor who is actually listening. Dr. Palmer has maintained, in his practice, the essence of what health caregiving was meant to be—an example to be followed.

This was my husband's first visit to Dr Palmer's office. The atmosphere and office was very welcoming. The staff is very profesional. Thank you very much for taking an interest in helping my husband. We are very greatful for the treatment received from check-in to scheduling the next appointment. This is a fantastic office.

My communication with the office before my visit was excellent. I also like the fact that the wait time was very minimal (literally no waiting). The receptionists and medical assistant were very patient and courteous. Dr. Palmer‘s assistant also did a great job in explaining the process and what I should expect.
