The doctor Tina Polley is a very good and mindful. During the visit everything seems good. But if you need to call for refill, reschedule or they gave you medical device and forget to provide credentials, good luck to reach them. Three days I am tried to call a few times daily, I left the voice message and now one called me back. It's terrible...

Tons Polley is so positive & makes you feel comfortable. Excellent communicator, explaining results so that you can understand everything. Never makes you feel she is rushing through your appt. Highly recommend!

Providers, Dr. Young, Dr. Huang and NP Michelle are great! The office staff can be helpful in person, good luck getting anyone in the office on the phone or to return a call. It has been very difficult getting follow-ups regarding prior authorization of medications. They have multiple locations for various areas.

True the reviews says front desk has problems is an understatement. Though they were nice. 45mins in the waiting room, then in the back room Another 15mins no sign of doctor. I LEFT. They called and yelled at me I was late arriving 1:30. I took a pic of the line of people 1:15. 2nd pic is the time I was Called to the back. AND I had a baby with me the whole time. A witness I texted time Stamps as well. Do not go here, Been to many practices, none are like this urgent care place Gastro Health. GASTRO Health is also Private equity owned.

Everything is perfect. I’ve had colitis for almost 30 years, have lived many places and had many Gastro doctors. This has been the best care and and results I’ve ever had. The only thing left to say is thank you!
