Gastro Health - Lejeune

I went for an endoscopy to the Kendall location. My appointment was for 2 p.m and it was 5 o'clock and I was waiting to be called. Definitely I left around 5:30 p.m. without my percidure. Now they are sending me a bill for $75.00 just because I left. The reason for the bill says other. When I called the office they told me is just because I left without my endoscopy after I waited for more than 3 hours. Of course I am a retired man with a fixed income and can't afford it. Besides that I won't pay a penny for something that is not my fault. I don't recommend that doctor to nobody.

I called this morning 12/7 to confirm an appointment for my boyfriend and I we had made last week. After being on hold for over 10 minutes, someone answers and tells us there is no appointments for us in the system and that the next appointment is January 7th. Instead of prioritizing the patient on the phone (me), she proceeds to have conversations with her coworkers instead of taking down my information for an appointment. She put me on “hold” several times meanwhile I could hear her conversations. I hung up about 30 mins ago after being put on hold for the 7th time & still have not received a call back. We took the day off in order to attend this appointment. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

The ladies behind the desk who answer the phone are useless. It took months for them to call me back after i inquired multiple times about an appointment. I then took a test and was waiting for the results they said it would take a week and they would call with the results. It has been 4 months and i haven’t heard anything back. I tried calling to get my results and since my doctor retired they no longer have my results. This is ridiculous, I do not recommend coming here unless you want to wait 4 months to get a call back and not even get the test results.

Been there 3 times and as soon as you get thru the phone the ladies will do the best to accomodate you within the schedule, once there you might have to wait extra 20 to 30 minutes for your appointment … but that’s every where you go nowadays…. Great Doctors and office staff ☺️

Terrible experience at this clinic. Waited close to two hours until I walked out. Clearly Dr. Lago lacks any consideration for his patient's time. Sadly, I had a similar experience at their South Miami clinic. Not going back there!
