This is a large very well organized, clean, modern, efficient practice with knowledgeable practioners and support staff. I was seen by Osvaldo Baez P.A., Pedro at the intake desk, Maria who took my vitals, Hazel Care Coordinator, and everyone here was really friendly, upbeat, and helpful! As a Wedding and Event DJ in Miami, South Florida, Key Largo, Islamorada, the Florida Keys, and Southwest Florida, I really appreciate the efficiency, short wait times, good hospitality and bedside manner I found here. It's also clean, modern, well lit, and has a large relaxing aquarium in the waiting room. I'd give it 5 stars if getting through to someone on the phone was easier. I was on hold on multiple attempts to call to confirm my appointment, and had to hang up after unacceptably long wait times. T

Dr. Larsen is a great man and a great doctor. He is very compassionate and easy to talk to. He explains everything very well and is willing to answer all questions. He doesn’t make you feel rushed or like his time is more important than yours. Thank you Dr. Larsen!

I came here hoping to read enough positive reviews about Dr. Maria Hernandez to make me think that maybe she was just having a bad day when I saw her. Unfortunately, many of the reviews echoed exactly what I experienced. The energy was off. She lacked compassion and sensitivity, and her demeanor was very dry and dismissive. Healing begins with a caring, respectful interaction, and this was not it. I would NOT recommend seeing her. That said, the rest of the staff was exceptional. The greeter upon my arrival, the person who checked me in, and the gentleman who assisted me at checkout were all kind, professional, and welcoming. Everything else about the visit was pleasant — the only negative aspect was the doctor. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the facility, setting, environment, and cleanliness — but ½ a star

The technician took the time to explain everything she was going to do and as she did it, she repeated herself. Very nice offices, easy parking. All around a very nice easy, quick experience

Dr. Rabassa and his staff were very professional and courteous. It was easy to make an appointment and the wait time was short. Dr. Rabassa was very thorough, not rushed and easy to talk to. All the things I look for in a doctor’s office.
