The medical staff was kind and knowledgeable. A nicely appointed and well run office. Dr. Kossoff provided me with excellent care. He has a great bed side manner. He was easy to understand and listened carefully to my concerns and questions. I am very pleased to have selected Dr Kossoff and his practice.

Absolutely the worst office we have ever dealt with. YOu cannot get a live person, you leave a message and no one calls back. My husband had a serious issue and it took six weeks to even get someone to respond. We are trying to switch doctors and signed the forms to transfer records over three weeks ago and they still have not sent them. Do not go there - you will regret it. I am praying my husband does not have a serious health issue due to their lack of care.

I got a referral to this office from my doctor, qualified for the "fast track" colonoscopy, filled out the form, uploaded my insurance card and drivers license, then never heard back. Reading google reviews I saw a comment that this office doesn't accept insurance that you purchase as an individual, they only take insurance if it's employer issued. I suspected this might be my problem. I called the office 2.5 weeks after I submitted my online form and the front desk person didn't know why the scheduler never contacted me. Turns out this office doesn't accept my insurance, which I purchased off the ACA. The doctors might be great but the staff couldn't take 30 seconds to call/text/email me to let me know that they don't accept my insurance.
