Fantastic care. I have see Dr Khapra at this location for over a decade, and everyone there is top notch. My medical procedure today had excellent nurses, especially Tanasha, who was kind and patient with me and had a great sense of humor. All the nurses seemed like an excellent team. My Anesthesiologist was also fantastic but I sadly do not remember her name (probably because she did a great job making sure I was unconscious, ha).

My appointment with Dr. Tekola was good. She seemed to care about my health and answered all my questions. Unfortunately that’s where the good experience ended. She ordered a test, but it took nine days for the referral to appear in the patient portal. I sent a message via the portal, but neither she or her assistant responded. I left a voice make for her assistant and he never replied. Eventually, the referral showed up in the portal. The referral was for a FibroScan at Washington Radiology. I tried to schedule the scan only to learn that Washington Radiology does not do FibroScans. I called the practice and spoke to Dr.Tecola’s assistant again. I told him that Washington Radiology doesn’t do Fibroscans. He responded, “ Oh yeah, we’ve been getting calls about that.” I asked why I was refe

Simply love David who schedules on my behalf and does intake. David is kind, attentive, knowledgeable, professional. David has a way of making a patient feel calm, at peace. The nurse who provides my infusion, immediately paused before administering my injection to ask about my ER visit to ensure it was an all clear for injection. She always takes my BP and just cares about ME. PHENOMENAL TEAM!

I truly cannot say enough about Dr. Kalaghchi and his team. From the very first visit, I felt completely welcomed, respected, and cared for. Every interaction, from scheduling to check-in, was smooth and professional, setting the tone for the outstanding care that followed. Dr. Kalaghchi is an exceptional gastroenterologist. He is thorough, highly knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. He took the time to walk me through my condition and treatment options in a way that was both clear and reassuring, and he answered every question with patience and genuine empathy. What stood out most was how seamlessly he blended medical expertise with compassion, making me feel like a true partner in my care rather than just a patient. When it came time for my procedure, I felt completely at ease

The patient interface was excellent. I had lots of questions and came prepared. I had a one page document with meds being taken and background information. My daughter's neighbor is a gastroenterologist/surgeon and had already provided input on what I had been through - causes and ideas as to what to keep an eye on going forward. My write up included her comments. By taking the couple of minutes to read my notes... we were well prepared to work as a team and get a game plan together for my movement forward. Emily Bravo was invaluable and a pleasure to work with making sure that the plan was going in the right direction. Emily is truly EXCELLENT!!!!! Thanks for helping me understand what I need to keep my eye on as I recover.
