Everyone is amazing! Dr. Tan is so easy to talk with, and makes every procedure less worrisome. At follow up, Javier Mery PA-c is so kind and so professional. He was very thorough and explained my medications so well!.

As soon as you walk into the office you can feel the negative energy. A huge lack of customer service skills. You already feel unhealthy as it is, the least you want to experience is people being unaware of their patients and what they’re going through medically with a horrible attitude.

I would like to share my appreciation for Javier Mery, Physician Assistant at Gastro Health. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated to his work. He always takes the time to help his patients, explain everything clearly, and ensure they feel comfortable and well cared for. His expertise and professionalism truly stand out, and I can confidently say he is an amazing person who genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. I’m very thankful for his excellent care and support.

I went to the wrong office, and the receptionist was kind to me. She found a cancellation and accommodated me there. The PA was clear and thorough. The scheduler found me a procedure appointment that worked for my schedule. All in all, a perfect appointment!

Friendly staff. I saw Arkann Al-Khalilee. She is great. She explained everything and was very thorough. I had the possibiIity of having 1 of 2 procedures. She thoroughly explained both and which of the two we would probably do. I highly recommend her.
