They take your driver license, insurance, and the $15 copay immediately, then make you sit in the waiting room for over an hour without ever seeing the doctor. The staff never said hello, never apologized, and when I asked what was going on they blamed paperwork and other patients while refusing to check with the doctor or nurse practitioner. I eventually had to ask for a refund and leave because no one in this office seemed to care about patients or their time.

Incredibly disorganized. It is a factory, so there are a lot of mistakes for example, I went in for a very specific non-urgent issue, but medical attention was necessary. I start talking to the doctor. She starts asking me about doing a colonoscopy due to the fact that I came in for cancer. Cancer? I had to clarify the reason I was there and they were surprised. After I got the attention I needed when I go to check out they still have me sending an appointment for a colonoscopy and again under a cancer patient. They have my name is spelled. And then they gave me a paper to download their app. The app is completely useless. You waste so much time logging in and then U cannot send messages and it has no medical records whatsoever nothing.

The receptionist was outstanding, the MD highly professional who explained all the options in detail Can't rate them any higher

The office and all the staff are very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend their office.
