Excellent doctors, nurses and staff. Was taken care of immediately. Was informed of procedures and was explained throughly. The nurse practitioner for Sr. Salas was very knowledgeable and polite.

Had procedures done here a year ago and then just yesterday. Would love to give five stars but I had a horrible experience with a nurse there. She was loudly complaining about me having issues waking up from anesthesia, even though my eyes weren’t open and I wasn’t responding I could still hear her and her lack of empathy in those moments were profound. I heard her say that she wishes this happened while she was on lunch (so she didn’t have to deal with me), and laughed about how I’d complain of chest pain later because she had to do sternum rubs to try to wake me up. When I did wake up I was in tears and she just was barking demands at me and not empathetic or compassionate at all. I confronted her about her speaking about me and that I heard her. I waited whole month for appointment in realy bad condition pain suffering to see the doctor i trudted them for years Over the phone i was told i needed NO refferels So i did not get one from my pcp I was turned back On my day oof appointment (when i thought i finally have help) saying i needed a reffereal my appointment was moved one moth further That means suffering for one month more without proper treatment. Not worth it Literally Lost trust in this facility.
