I had an appt for my 12 month old today. I received a confirmation text yesterday; however, upon arrival to the appt I was informed it had been cancelled and they had called me. Not true. I have NO voicemail, NO email, NO text informing me of the cancellation. I was told someone would call to schedule us for this Friday. No call all day. I called twice, left voicemails and can’t get a returned call. My son is teething TWO molars and we drove 45 min each way for nothing. Very incompetent staff with poor communication. What a waste of my time. Everyone’s time is valuable. They clearly disagree.

Im usually seen by a medical student or a physician in training. Dr Kleiner will waltz in for like the 5 last minutes of the visit. The female student was pretty cluless the last time I was there, she messed up the history of my son’s with someone else's and started asking questions that had already been covered on a previous visit. I came in at a later time for an allergy test, at the Coral Gables office. The med student saw me briefly and put is in a room where a woman in scrubs, I assume a nurse assistant, tested my child for allergies. This was a 2 yr old really strong child who was scared and crying and only one person there to do the test where he’s not supposed to move or scratch for a few minutes after the test. The woman was getting annoyed bc he kept trying to scratch his back. W

My son had a serious medical episode and we took him to 3 hospitals and probably 5 specialists in 1 week. Got an appt wit Dr. kleiner and in 1 appointment identified IMMEDIATELY what was wrong with my son and he was admitted directly from his office to the ER. Dr. Kleiner may not be warm and fuzzy but he is a really smart guy who knows what he is talking about.

He is one of the best professionals. My kids love him and all his staff. Thank you Dr Kleiner Nico, Taty, and Cami appreciate what you have done in all this years for them
