Gardens Nursing and Rehab Center

MY BROTHER WAS SENT THERE FROM ORLANDO HEALTH FOR THERAPY. I WENT TO VISIT AND THE EXTERIOR LOOKED ALMOST DESERTED. THE SMELL GREETS YOU AT THE FRONT DOOR ALONG WITH TENANTS WITH SOILED CLOTHING. WE GOT TO HIS ROOM, THERE WAS NO TV, THE BED DOESNT WORK PROPERLY. STAFF SITS AT DESK UNTIL YOU ENFORCE CARE. THEY DONT HAVE EQUIPMENT FOR REHAB SERVICES AND FOOD IS POOR. HE GOT A UTI AND STOMACH INFECTION, WAS SENT TO JACKSON NORTH HOSPITAL TO GET TREATED

The place has diapers on the floor with poop in it .poop on the bed that was I was placed on. They left me in my diaper that was soiled in for more than 7 hours. They would not answer the call button. There was smears all over the walls. I do not know what they were. There's poop all over the bed rails. I would not recommend this place to their friends or family or to anybody on this planet. This place needs to be shut down. It's very nasty. Unsanitary

My brother was left to die in this place!!! He was only 50! They do not care about you or your needs or helping you get better WHATSOEVER!! He was transferred to this disgusting place from the hospital after a tbi and was getting better, once he got here they put him BACK ON A FEEDING TUBE, NEVER TOOK HIM OUT OF THE BED, and let him whither away!!! Even after numerous back and forth emails and phone calls to the head of the nursing home, they DID NOTHING!!! DO NOT SEND ANYBODY YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS DISGUSTING DEATHTRAP

If I could give this place NEGATIVE STARS I would! My son has been there a few weeks and is now THANKFULLY in the hospital as he is near sepsis because of their neglect. Oh he also has a fungal infection on his side as well. Also, his red blood cell count is 4 times what is normal. He was terrified the entire time he was there. People coming into his room at all hours day/night that weren't his roommate. Being left for hours in his feces because he is paralyzed recently and doesn't know how to use a toilet yet. I was on the phone with him and they brought him in dinner and it was a nasty brown salad. Meaning the lettuce was not good. The tube coming out of his pancreas is so infected and wasn't properly taken care of. He told them repeatedly for over 2 weeks that the discharge wasn't n

My mother was transferred from the trauma center soon after I’ve realized I made a huge mistake by sending my mother to this place. The appearance on the outside is a turn off. Inside smell pretty bad and gives you the feeling that your family has been place on a death sentence . Call light has not been working for four straight days. Roaches crawling everywhere in the room as well as bedbugs. seeing like every room has disabled call lights for the simple fact they don’t want to be bothered by the patients/residents. The elevators make weird noise and a burning smells, trashed up and very dirty. The maintenance supervisor caught an attitude with my daughter because she was asking why taking so long to fix the call light. The director of nursing and I had multiple conversations where my m
