Jay Patel PA is a Godsend. He's the first PCP that I've had that I feel really cares and is willing to go to the ends of medical research, etc, to figure out what's causing a few of my health issues. He's very personable; he greets me with a handshake and also says goodbye with one. What PCP does this? Everybody's worried that contract something...Jay is very knowledgeable; I can tell that he's not in the medical field just for money's sake. He really enjoys helping his patients. He listens extremely well and works on finding solutions instead of handing you off to someone else. He takes excellent notes and is able to pull them up, each visit, to make sure that we focus on what's going on with me. My elderly father absolutely loves the doctor. The doctor does a fantastic job taking care of him. So I decided to switch the doctors and come to him as well. My experience not so good. Appointment time nailed it listen to my problems took care of my medications perfect. But that was on Thursday morning prescriptions were supposed to be called in nothing happened Thursday afternoon. I stayed up late from working night shift for 2 hours to call the doctor again Friday morning about the prescriptions and they said oh he forgot to do it. Checked at 4:00 45 minutes for the doctor office is closed still hasn't been called in. Got a hold of the nurse and the nurse said he can understand why it wasn't done and there was no notes in there. Do we not communicate about new patients? This is not how

I see Erika and she is amazing! I have sent 4 other families to her along with sending my husband that hates drs to her. She always listens to your needs and problems and truly takes great interest in her patients! I could ask for a better Primary Dr! Thank you Erika for being professional and listening to your patients.

The staff and the doctors doing amazing job. My father who is 88 years old has been going there for a little over a year or so always in and out very quickly. And they take care of him very professionally. And at this point I'm going to see about switching to this doctor as well.

NP Erika McLane is absolutely amazing & kind! She made me feel so comfortable and listened to all of my concerns. I didn't feel rushed at all. I would recommend her 100%. Very friendly atmosphere and the wait was speedy!
