I can honestly say that my visit was great. I go yearly for my wellness check-up and don't get a lot of interaction with the nurse or the family nurse practitioner. Today, however, was different because of Carrie Hall and her nurse Mary. They took time to listen to me, made me feel like that not only was I a patient but a person, and my health concerns matter. I want to thank them for giving me one of the best check-up visits I've ever had and let them know I'm looking forward to seeing them again next year.

Absolutely ridiculous office. Called for a first time patient appointment because we needed to be seen today for an illness and our insurance copays for urgent cares are a lot higher. They had an appointment, so i thought great! The the lady named Kim that answered was rude and has an issue with not listening and interrupting as I was speaking. She said since we was not an established patient that we couldn’t have the available appointment today. We’d have to make an appointment another day and come in and fill out paper work and get records transferred from our current doctor. We don’t have a current doctor. Haven’t been to a doctor since being a teenager, which is well over the 10 years they are required to keep records and i explained this to her, at which time during me explain

Absolutely don’t recommend… I had a physical appointment scheduled and it was rescheduled twice via phone call. The third time they failed to inform me that I was being rescheduled, so of course I showed up to my appointment only to be told that Dr. Jamie Wareen wasn’t in the office that day and someone just failed to call me and let me know that I wouldn’t be seen. After being rescheduled I received a call one day before my FOURTH rescheduled appointment because Dr. Warren will not be in the office. All future appointments are weeks away. I just plan on finding another provider, and when discussing my options on the phone the gentleman was very uncaring and rude when these rescheduled appointments are not due to me rescheduling but because Dr. Warren is rescheduling. Absolutely unacceptab

I see Jamie and I believe in her ❤️ As a we are given the chance to grow older in life ? We learn the newer technology and knowledge is a choice made by them to help others!! I am a perfect example she and her staff have stuck with me through a rough road with me mostly younger ones full of the opportunity and knowledge . I'm proud to say that evem in growing older years I don't care for computers and I'm old school !! I've been placed in the care of ones who does care so full of compassion!! I highly recommend anyone to seek for your own health care needs!! Very grateful

Absolutely appalling experience! First time I’ve ever bothered to even make a review but it was just that bad. It seemed as if she didn’t even know what she was doing all whilst making extremely rude remarks the entire time we were there. They acted as if we were wasting their time and treated my grandmother like she was incompetent. Personal opinions are fine but it is NEVER acceptable to make snide remarks to your patients!!! She told my grandmother it was “all in her head” and when she asked if it was a sinus infection she said “Yeah that or Tourette’s but anyway whatever” while walking out of the room. She didn’t know anything about any of the prescriptions my grandmother was on and had no idea what to do about her missing 3 weeks worth of allergy shots, in which she walked away from u
