Always a great experience here! There's always someone to answer your call, receptionist are very friendly and knowledgeable! Other staff and dentist are very fast but thorough, polite,patient and truly care about what they are doing! VERY happy to have found this place!

I highly recommend. Janie and Sandy are the best dental hygienist. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, Galax Family Dental is where you go. The office staff are very friendly, Dr Palmer and the dental hygienist are very gentle while cleaning and examining your teeth, gums and mouth.

Dr. Palmer is amazing and does wonderful work! The staff is always so welcoming and nice as well!

The staff are so friendly and Sandy does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She was thorough with my updated x-rays. Dr Palmer cares about his patients and called me by name.
