Staff is very nice and helpful and I am a cash paying client and their prices are the best I have found around the area!!!!!!

I have had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. The first time I filled a prescription, they were out of a basic product. I came back the next day to pick it up when it became available. Service was very disorganized. I decided to change to a pharmacy closer to my house with better service (Riverside Pharmacy) and authorized Riverside to call and transfer my prescriptions. Riverside called and left messages multiple times with no response from Gainesville Pharmacy . I finally called myself and was told by the pharmacist that he would transfer my prescriptions "within 30 minutes". Six hours later and he never did . Now they're closed and they don't even reopen until 10:30. I've been out of my prescriptions for two days now just because this pharmacist ignored calls and messages

Gainesville Pharmacy is by far the BEST pharmacy I have ever used. They are very friendly, always have my medicine, and fills it promptly. I drive all the way from Jefferson, Ga just to this pharmacy and will continue to do so as long as they are in business and pray that's a very, very long time. My rating would be 10+++++++! Thanks to the pharmacist and staff for always taking care of me.....

UPDATE: BEWARE!!!!! I wrote my first review my first visit. I used this pharmacy for 2.5 months. You trust that your Pharmacy has Authentic Medication. I am now without a Dr. Due to multiple medications (2 that I am allergic to) showing up in my urine. Now I'm Guilty until I prove myself innocent. I'm living a nightmare. 3 years with CVS NEVER have I had anything but my Rx in my system. I change to this pharmacy and this happens. I thought this pharmacy having the medications available was a blessing. I should have seen it as a RED FLAG. The pills they gave me I had never had before. Thinking it was a different pharmaceutical company, they would be different. After the fact.. I Googled the drug company and the pill image. NOT EVEN CLOSE. I thought I was sick during the Holidays. This pharmacy is the most reliable and efficient pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. They always have the prescription (that’s had a shortage for the last 2 years) I need in stock. Gainesville pharmacy is literally the only pharmacy in Gainesville that has it in stock. They fill the prescriptions so quickly! I’ve never waited longer than 15 mins. One of the best things is that the pharmacy is also quiet and safe.
