This was her first visit with Dr. Baugh, and I’m impressed with his willingness to listen and review her chart from previous doctors to ensure that he was well versed regarding her health before doing her procedure. The staff was friendly and offered to help with her upcoming appointments and labs.

Please be cautious of billing group - received a bill 2 years later - they could not explain why. Once bill was paid, they did not apply it - and could not explain why.

The Dr. was fine, but communication with the office has been absolutely horrible, non-existent, really. I am needing visit notes for my disability claim from 4 months ago. I have called numerous times since my visit but only actually spoken with a person once. Left messages nearly every other time and have not received one callback...and still no paperwork sent to disability. The disability company has also reached out to them numerous times, but no response. I know doctor's offices are busy, but dang, hire some more people, or something. From the amount they charged for a 15-20min visit ($600+) they should be able to afford more staff, if needed. I don't freely write negative reviews, but something needs to change about the way this place operates. I have canceled my next appointm

I'm not surprised at all at their current rating these people are incompetent and had the nerves to want to get off the phone with me because I told them so. I have been waiting since November to be replied from them to get a first appointment set up they claim they looked at my notes from the referral doctor and it said I'm currently seeing two other doctors so they decided to ignore it and never contact me. That is lazy and that is not treatment of the patient! I've had brain cancer I do not need to be dealing with this from a so called health treating center. Do not even try to go to this place!! Dr Baugh and his team they all need to do better than this!!!!!! I have so many issues and like I'm fool I've been waiting since November to call them and hear they refuse to schedule me. T

Our experiences with Dr. Narayana have been great! Not only does he listen and answer every question with understandable explanations, he spends time talking through our thoughts and concerns. Dr. Narayana called well after his office hours to make sure our family had the care and information that we needed to understand a written report drafted with medical terms and language.
