I recently finished my last appointment with Dr. Brenner and it was amazing. I started working with her in November of 2022. At the time I was not sleeping due to my tinnitus. It had started to affect my studies and work because I was exhausted, emotionally drained, and constantly on edge with how loud and disorienting the ringing was. I tried going to my primary doctor, ENT, physical therapy, chiropractic care, and medication. While all of that seemed to help to an extent, I was still not seeing any lasting improvements and was still not sleeping more than an hour at a time. I've been a patient for Dr. Brenner since 2021, when I first began to hear the constant ringing in my ear. I was lost in distress, since I didn't know what was going on with the constant and non-stop ringing in my ear. For months, I went from ENT to ENT and all I got was "sorry, there is nothing we can do", which really made it worst for me and found myself emotionally drowning under stress, panic and anxiety attacks. In March of 2021, Penn Hospital referred well-know tinnitus specialist Dr. Gail Brenner and thanks for her guidance and patience, she helped me come out of the "dark place" in my life to where now I am able to return to normal everyday life activities.

I went to see Dr. Brenner about my ongoing Tinnitus, just the fact she took over an hour of her time to talk to me and recommend special earplugs when I am around music has helped me immensely. Her office is very professional and she has many things to offer to help for hearing issues. This is definitely the place to go when you need help with your hearing.
