This is the worst doctor office ever. I literally been a patient for five years. I come in for my annual physical and my inhaler. This office is a revolving door of doctors writing prescriptions in one person name. But to have been a patient for five years and they messed up my inhaler medication. Then to look at my chart and still not get the prescription correct is crazy.

If I could give less than one 🌟 I would. The paterson location is atrocious the staff are beyond incompetent the premises are unclean. I'm a type 1 diabetic and had started the process of switching from an insulin pen to an insulin pump and had to postpone the process because of the incompetence and delay of the staff from this office. I dreaded coming to this location. In search now of a new doctor not some prescription factory. (Added note) on 12/13/22 went to the Paterson location and was absolutely disgusted by the discovery of feases unflushed in the toilet needless to say I definitely will not be coming back here ever again for sure I'd rather just ration my insulin to make it last longer or go without then to put up with this place anymore

Really Sad how a Type 2 Diabetic is seen on a Thursday and is almost out of insulin. It’s already Monday and the prescription was never called in. This a complete case of patient negligence. They told me pt. Should come to consult the doctor for their prescription. Pt. Was already seen twice in less than 2 weeks. They never called the prescription. #Unprofessional something happens I hope they have it written in their notes how many times I’ve called for medication.

This used to be a good office. I don’t know what happened. Came 3 days in a row for a checkup after they kept telling me the office was open, only for it to be closed. When i called, i got placed on hold because i didn’t speak Spanish. How does the person answering the phone not speak English!!!! Once finally in the office, they kept calling all these ppl who came in after me. I’m currently in search of a new PCP. This is the worst service i have ever received. Wish i could give them 0 stars

This place is horrible. I waited an hour after I signed in to be called. Then the receptionist tells me that I need to change my primary doctor to their office even though I hadn't been seen yet. When I asked if that was a requirement to be seen she said no but that I needed to change it for the future. Why would I change my primary physician to someone I haven't even met? Then a nurse comes out and says that if I didn't change the info they would have to bill me even though I have no co-pays for anything on my insurance card. This place was filthy and no one was truly concerned about anyone's well being. The nurse came out to get a cup of water and spilled it on me then came back and damned near stepped on my feet to get pass. Meanwhile I was there bc I'd got bitten by something on my fee
