FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers Manassas

I had an internal fusion in my lower back and Dave and everybody at his facilities was amazing. They got me back on my feet and back to work. They were always very nice, but always pushing me to do more. It was a great experience and if I ever had to go back to physical therapy, I would definitely reach out to Dave.

I've only been here three times but the staff is super friendly and helpful. They have done the initial evaluation and developed a personal excercise plan to assist me with my balance. I would highly recommend this business for physical therapy. This isn't a gym but rather targeted physical therapy, which I really appreciate. Nice location, easy to find and I highly recommend them. One on one physical therapy assistance.

If I could give 0 I would. The therapist was great at the evaluation. The problem is with the receptionist staff. They kept scheduling me with the wrong therapist therefore causing them to call me back at least 3 different times to change my appointment which kept pushing it farther away. They even said that when I went in for my first appointment that they would do a reevaluation, reevaluation of what? if they kept cancelling my appointment.

Front desk waited weeks to notify me they had difficulty reading the faxed referral and then they decided to call me about it repeatedly on the day of my scheduled appointment. The latter times, front desk staff was huffy and rude toward me even though it was their employees who failed to document the conversation. All GPS routed me to the back wall of the building as the office location. No entryway on that side and the office is on the third floor. It's a tiny, poorly marked hallway to the elevator. Staff then became angry when I told them being crowded into a tiny closet-sized room that would be closed with a male PT for "evaluation." No one had notified me this is how it would be handled; most other PT clinics do initial assessments in the same open space as all clients are seen. In fa

I had the pleasure of working with Joey while recovering from an ankle injury, and I couldn’t have asked for a better physical therapist. As a student-athlete, getting back on the court was extremely important to me, and Joey guided me through every step of the process with patience and expertise. Not only was he highly knowledgeable but also very personable and easy to work with. I looked forward to our sessions. He pushed me when I needed it and made sure I had the tools to build strength and confidence again. I’m truly grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a PT who genuinely cares about their recovery.
