I've been working with Kevin the last two months to remedy low back pain and I'm feeling better. Kevin is knowledgeable about the body and how it works throughout the golf swing and you can tell he truly cares about helping you feel better. I joined Full Sqing with the hopes of improving my golf game and increasing my flexibility and mobility. Kevin has created workouts that not only helped my golf swing but also helped my follow through and corrected my slice too.
