Frontier Dental Center

My husband had to cancel an appointment today because he woke up sick. He was told he would still be charged a $50 fee for rescheduling the same day. I called and got told the appointment was “moved around a lot.” The only other time this appointment was rescheduled is when the office was understandably closed to weather- so to make that our issue is unacceptable. We let them know we would provide a doctors note if that is what is needed to not be charged a fee for something we had no control over. I was told that is fine, then got a follow up text to say that they are no longer willing to schedule at all. This is disappointing, as the reviews seem to be very positive. I wouldn’t recommend this place…Unless you have a crystal ball, and can predict every time you’ll get sick 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had a great first experience! Everyone was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. The doctor and hygienist really took their time and explained everything so well and gave many helpful tips! I am looking forward to my future visits with them!

After my appointment today, I felt the practice is very competent and caring. I will let my daughter know since she is looking for a new dentist. Dr. Gandini is so sweet and caring. She performed surgery 3 months ago & all is good. I did not feel a thing and no pain after the surgery. Next will be my first cleaning and I’m sure it will be great too 😃. Also, the reception desk is nice and they are very helpful…

Highly recommend!!! I have been having issues constantly that needed a root canal and was afraid to do the procedure, however, Dr. Raju and Micki assured me of the steps and procedures which made me feel confident in my decision, and Dr. Raju took her time and explained every step during the procedure to ensure that I was comfortable. All of the staff were extremely pleasant, friendly, accommodating and informative. Angelina is so thorough with explaining how payments can be applied how insurance work to accommodate my treatment plan. Highly recommend, exceptional service. This is forever my dental office now!! Thank you guys 🫶🏽

Fantastic dentist. Dr Raju is incredible. The entire staff is great too, they’re always friendly and will explain in detail what is going on.
