I gave this hospital five stars but I do have a one star rating on a nurse that accompanied me two times I came to the ER twice within the same week because I had Some health scares The nurse that I’m want to talk about in particular on the first time that I met her, she complimented on my pants, which was very nice the second visit. It was a very stressful night just trying to get to the hospital. She was the first one to greet me and take me to my room And do my Vitals As I saw her, I smiled at her, but she looked at me in a very judgmental way, and immediately she Said to me, oh you’re Back in A not so nice way while she was taking my vital she was being very rude and asked me why I’m back at the hospital and why I came at Almost 4 o’clock in the morning I got really upset and asked for

Love to All Nurses… BUT one of the Nurses SUCK at that Location !!! I got Water in my ear and I Could Not Hear… I got my ears cleaned before Ok… Nurse Stuck NEEDLES down my ear to clean… Hurt Sooo Bad !!! I still could not hear… Went home FIXED it MYSELF !!! FLUSH Ear with WATER !!! NOT METAL NEEDLES… I hope I Nvr get Charged for that Experience… Love All Nurses… Sorry but She is Horrible and Stupid Needs a Lot More Learning… or She did it on purpose to show her Trainer see me in Pain !!! Silly Me Letting Her do that to Me !!!

Came in with a very bloody hand that was cut from doing something stupid, with a scissors, haha. The doctor was very thorough, accommodating, and personable. They did a nice job I can barely see the stitches/ scars in my hand! Thanks!

ER staff was excellent. They diagnosed my husbands bowel obstruction quickly, stabilized him and got his pain under control, then transferred to main campus for surgery. All done within 2 hours. We are so thankful.

Took my 94 year-old mother to this facility because it was the closest one to my house and she felt like she was failing and needed some help after getting violently ill with a virus. Some of the nursing staff was very crude and unsympathetic to the fact that my mom was very frail and ill and 94 years old! The doctor on duty that day was also clueless in how to treat an elderly patient who is very ill. They are very poorly staffed at this location in Mequon, and I ended up having to attend to my mother two different times when she had diarrhea and the bed that they had put her in had no protection underneath her. When I called for help and no one came after such a long time, I ended up having to deal with my mother myself. When the nurse finally came in, she told me they only ever have o
