Fritz & Wilson Orthodontics

We loved our experience with Fritz & Wilson Orthodontics! From the front desk staff to Dr. Fritz/Dr. Wilson and everyone in between, I always felt like my kids were in good hands. The doctors and orthodontic assistants are very personable and extremely helpful and able to answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend!

This review is solely based on their customer service, NOT their orthodontic work since we don’t have any experience with that. We went in for a consultation for my 7 yo in spring 2025. Everyone we talked to — from the front desk to the orthodontist to the treatment coordinator — was amazing! Everyone was so friendly, kind and patient towards me and my child. I had sooo many questions and not once did I feel rushed in any way. I know we were probably one of their longer consultations; I appreciated that they gave us 100% of their time and focus during the entire time. At the end, my daughter was trying to pick between two prizes because she had earned some points. She didn’t have enough points for both prizes, but in the end, they gave her both and just asked that we write a review t

Update- Spoke with the staff. They were understanding and already spoke to staff about the situation. Was really happy with how it was handled! We look forward to our next visit. Really love the place usually! Everyone is so kind and the dentists are incredible. But this time it was different. My child got braces on and the tech, who was nice, obviously had a cold. She was constantly sneezing and clearing her nose and throat. Her mask was under her nose and it left us feeling very uncomfortable.

I had some problems with my retainers which were created from my hometowns orthodontist. As soon as I went to Fritz and Wilson those problems were immediately addressed and fixed. Not to mention everyone was so kind! Great place!

My son (who has high, high anxiety) had a phenomenal experience for his first visit which will set him for success for his next. Thank you to the staff, who go above and beyond, in top notch care. We just recently became new clients but absolutely see why so many are referred here! Definitely recommend.
