Friendship Pharmacy

Loved this pharmacy! I've been using their service since a while. But today I went there to pick up instead, great place Neat, clean and organized. Top!

First time client, my dermatologist office called in 2 drops at this pharmacy. Got calls and also spoke with several staff members, they were cordial, professional, and respectful. I just called to hold off one of the drops and staff person took note and issue a credit to my card.

I’ve been a customer of Friendship Pharmacy for a while, but after my experience today, I’ll never use their services again. On Friday, November 29th, I validated my prescription for a procedure and was told it would be delivered on Monday. However, I received no delivery updates or notices. When I called to follow up, I was informed that the prescription wouldn’t be delivered. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was connected with the pharmacy manager, Annie Hicks. Unfortunately, the interaction was terrible: - She was dismissive and rude, repeating that the prescription wouldn’t be delivered today without offering a solution. - When I asked to transfer my prescription to CVS, she questioned how I would know CVS could fill it—something that should’ve been her responsibility to confir

I’ve never used this pharmacy in person but my doctor sent a prescription over to be mailed. When I called to confirm my address the lady who answered the phone was very professional and even applied a coupon code which made my prescription that will have cost $77 completely free! I am very thankful she was able to even think to a coupon without me even having asking.

Ashley was so pleasant and helpful over the phone. I've always had nice experiences filling prescriptions with their staff. Delivery to my job is quick and efficient. Update: I continue to appreciate Friendship Pharmacy's kind, efficient staff. Jasmine was a pleasure to work with today. I gather that this is a busy pharmacy from the employees'' sense of urgency, yet they remain kind and patient.
