I love the West Institute so much — the team there has made such an improvement in my skin! Facials with Jakkie are both results-driven and indulgent. The products she recommends have improved my skin texture, reduced fine lines and wrinkles, and given me a healthy glow. What I appreciate most is how personalized everything feels. Jakkie takes the time to assess what my skin needs and explains why she’s recommending certain products or procedures. Dr. West and team use lasers to go deeper and address aging and my skin's issues. The office staff is professional, warm, and welcoming. You feel cared for from the moment you walk in. I am a new client of Caroline Davis of The West Institute. As a mature woman, I am trying to keep my facial skin as healthy and youthful as possible. Having found The West Institute, I feel that I am now on the right path. I went to see Caroline for an initial consultation and she suggested the Softwave regenerative process to give my face a noninvasive lift and firm treatment. I went back a week later and found the process to be so easy and relaxing. I always enjoy my visits to West Institute. Dr. Tina West takes the time to go over her procedures and explains what she is doing very clearly. She has a solid understanding of how the face changes with age and uses targeted treatments/techniques to restore balance & volume. I am extremely pleased with the results from my visit.
