Friendship Personal Care Home

If I could give it no stars I would. Staff is very unprofessional and down talk the patients even get physical. They charge a arm and a leg but feed the patients something a dog wouldn’t eat (Flanders patties and ramen noodles mixed) the place is infested with bed bugs. Ended up making a report for state to do inspections so hopefully they clean this place up or either gets shot down. They portray to be nice and supportive but when you leave your loved one it’s another story. Please do not trust this personal care home. My mom said it was pure hell when she lived there had I knew a whole lot sooner I would have went and got my mom sooner. This place is a wreck and trash right along with the rest of these places in Albany.
