Dad was sent there post surgery to avoid infection. 6 days later we finally got him out and he had a yeast infection! They never changed his clothes, never let him shower, rarely got him out of bed to walk, didn’t give his medication on schedule and often didn’t respond when called. 3 of the 4 hallways smelled of urine and he says the food sucked. Short staffed due to Thanksgiving weekend they said. No doctor all weekend? Just general staff members. Never saw anyone resembling management. People’s health issues don’t go on holiday! When we wanted to get him out on day 2 they said they couldn’t release his meds and insurance might not pay. What a farce. This place should not be in business.

We only have experience with 2 care facilities, but I have to say, I cannot imagine a worse place. The whole building has a terrible smell. They have not gotten her one bit of outside medical care. The food is not edible and now they are pureeing her meals as if she cannot swallow. She can. She has been spending all of her extra money just to order real food for her meals when I cannot bring her food. After her first arrivals it took 16 days to get a bedbabedbath because everyone kept saying "she wasnt on their schedule" Took them months of her being there to get someone to clip her nails. I have never once gotten someone to respond to my calls or emails. I could go on and on. Do not take your loved ones here. The poor 2.9 stars they have is being generous.

I wish I wasn’t as disappointed in this place as I am because a few of the nurses were great. Place isn’t adequately staffed for the amount of care that the patients require. There wasn’t any attention to detail. They would always never send her blood pressure medications for dialysis until the very last couple of times. Never gave her calcium medication with her meals which is helps absorb phosphorus from the food. They gave it to her with her other medications long before her meals so it wouldn’t do anything. My mom came to several of her dialysis appointments soiled . It was hard to communicate to most people that worked there. No one seemed to know what’s going on most times, especially some administrative staff who seemed cold and lacked compassion.

We're there to recover from a stroke. It was abusive and they belittled me and talked down to me, did not like it at all period it was more like punishment than rehab.

My father has recently been admitted into this facility. Been here a couple days. He has been left in his own filth for hours and he is unwashed after he just had major surgery!! They have trashed his room and do not answer the phone. I will be contacting the facility and his doctor asap!!! If need be an attorney asap! I live in another state as does 90% of my father’s family. I will be making the necessary decisions to get him placed with me since this place is an utter disaster. I am very concerned for his safety and health!!
