Freedom Urgent Care- Urgent Care (S. WS Young St)

I've come here repeatedly from last year for all kinds of issues. You can pick your time when you want to get in line and after that, it's been only like ten, fifteen minutes until I got called in. The staff is very nice and can definitely help you with any basic concerns, all the dr i have seen at this facility are super awesome and listen carefully and prescribe you the best meds and i start to feel so much better with meds in the same day, which is a big deal for me. Keep up the great work. 👍

Absolutely love this urgent care. If you've been around long enough, you'll remember it wasn't always the "Friendliest". It's since changed. The front desk was welcoming and the nurses and doctor were great. I was listened to and felt seen. I've tried a few urgent care clinics and I would say this is the best one around at this time.

I visited freedom urgent care on Sunday, November 9, 2025. I’m still waiting for my results from my urinalysis. I ended up going to my provider who has given me an anabiotic’s to treat UTI. The CMA gave me a wipe. I’m assuming it was for a clean catch being that I’m a CNA myself she didn’t explain to me how to use the white. She just gave it to me and told me to go to the bathroom. During my talk with the provider or the nurse practitioner or the PA, I’m not sure who she was. She didn’t really seem is a truly cared about my symptoms. She did ask a lot of questions but when I asked her, should I have done a clean catch or dirty catch in order to give a good sample she stated that it did not matter which I find that to be untrue because clean catches give a result differently from a dirty ca

The staff is very nice and can definitely help you with any basic concerns. And if you're really in a hurry and don't mind going to Belton, their new clinic usually gets you in fast.
