I’ve been a patient at Frederick Primary Care for some time, previously visiting the Spring Ridge office. Since their move to the new Ijamsville location, I’ve noticed a significant improvement—and I couldn’t be happier. The new office is spacious, modern, and offers far more parking, making each visit more convenient from the start. One of the standout upgrades is the updated technology for check-in. So far I’ve been very happy with the staff and change in primary care doctor. I personally do not feel as much of just a number and as a kickback for a doctor here as I did with a previous PCP. It has been tough finding a new one to trust that seems to care. I believe this is it. Observing the next few months will determine 5 or 3.

I feel confident in my provider, Natalie Reid. I feel that i can trust her to be thorough and help me feel heard. I've had great experiences with the health techs as well! I've also had great service in every call.

While offering services like Botox for migraine that many offices do not they refuse to see you unless you move all your care to them. I have an established top notch neuro managing my care but its in Fairfax and found it easier to have a pain clinic or other doctor administer the Botox. As driving home after can be a challenge

My 18 and 19 year-old needed to start seeing a new PCP so called to schedule them both separate, initial appointments.The whole experience from calling to schedule an appointment to checking in and seeing nurse practitioners and billing has just been seamless. Everyone there is very warm and I’m happy that my kids are going there now.
