Doctors seem to be decent but the staff makes it difficult to process medication, send/receive records, or even talk to authorized staff when you call. Right now I've been talking on the phone off and on for 3 1/2 hours playing middleman for 3 hospitals since they are not communing effectively. When you call, you will talk to admin, cannot directly speak with nurse or doctor and will play telephone games. As another stated many of the staff is tad rude and difficult. FYI, the person at the physical location (window receptionist) can be off putting. To their point, there is a shortage for endocrinologist across USA so they may be understaffed with the volume of "transaction" required. This does not excuse poor process and lack of professionalism but does to help understand the situation

Dr. Shah is an amazing practitioner. My mother starting seeing him after her other doctor retired, and she has been so pleased with Dr. Shah's guidance. I have had the privilege of attending her last two appointments with Dr. Shah, and he has been nothing but attentive, caring, and patient. Dr. Shah does an excellent job of explaining everything and answering any questions you may have. My mother requested that I write a review and encourage anyone else out there looking for an endocrinologist to make an appointment with Dr. Shah. You won't be disappointed. Thanks!

Let me start by saying Dr. Z is wonderful. The office staff that I've dealt with are rude, incompetent and need training in professionalism and how to do the job. I have written communication in portal stating labs had been mailed, ( I never recieved), no lab orders at lab, wrong labs sent, "nothing they can do". I drove hour round trip to lab. I've had a nurse/ tech tell me my labs are normal ( they where abnormal), I've had another call telling me my A1C was normal. I DONT HAVE DIABETES, I'm there for my thyroid. So far , I've been able to stay out of the office and do telehealth visits. My last in office visit, the front desk was rude, cussed amongst themselves and complained about the job and what other offices are getting for lunch from reps. I was promised my labs had been mailed

Dr. Narayen is very thorough and compassionate. I was referred to her after having abnormal thyroid tests and she did extensive work to try and find the cause of my rare condition. She has been very efficient and quick at responding! She’s one of the most amazing doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!

I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. Most of the doctors and Dr Owusu seemed to lack the knowledge and experience I expected, which was frustrating when I sought advice for my health concerns. Additionally, the clinic has a policy where they refuse to provide prescription refills without scheduling another visit, which seems unnecessary and inconvenient. I was especially upset when I didn’t receive my prescription for a three-month supply, as they mistakenly sent it to the wrong pharmacy. When I reached out to have the prescription reissued, they refused, citing their policy and insisting that I come in for another visit, even though my prescription had already expired. This lack of flexibility and poor customer service has left me frustrated and looking for a new provider.
