Have some common sense and learn some bedside manners. and especially coming from a female doctor, who is seemingly around my age. When talking to other women, maybe best to tread lightly when it comes to weight. I've spent months and months slowly pulling myself out of the deep hole of body image hell for you, in one sentence, to push me all the way back down. Mentioning just my BMI "score" and telling me what category I'm in crushed my soul. Your words matter and how you approach topics with people matter. Do better. All this being said, the receptionist was lovely and I liked the hours. but I'll never be returning.

I went to the office for my annual physical. They did not do any bloodwork, nor did they submit the paperwork from my referrals that they were supposed to. Additionally, the doctor asked if there was anything else I would like to talk about. I mentioned that was having some trouble sleeping. And we talked briefly.(No more than 2-3 Minutes about that subject) The office charged me for a second visit for that brief conversation. And would not remove the charges, even when I objected. I cannot stress enough that you should avoid this doctors office. They are very clearly not interested in inpatient care, and simply interested in entering a profit. There are too many other doctors in this area for you to waste your time and money with a location like this

I had such a great experience at Frederick Primary Care for my annual physical! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Jenny Sandberg was amazing — she truly listens, cares, and makes you feel comfortable. I also had to get my blood drawn, and the woman who did it was so skilled and kind that it was honestly the easiest, most pleasant blood draw I’ve ever had. Overall, this was the best doctor’s visit I’ve ever had — I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Ajebon is the best! I found about her through a friend who recommended her to me after having a really bad experience at the Brunswick office. She listens and makes sure you are good to go. They are usually able to get me an appointment quickly if it's an urgent matter. Their online check-in system is really useful, and they send you emails to remind you of your appointments. They also have some walk-in hours. Nurses are really nice! They take good care of you.

Not only does the staff genuinely seem to not care about their patients wellness, they go out of their way to make things difficult for you. If they tell you that they won’t issue a ‘late rescheduling’ fee against you, don’t believe them! They’ll try to charge you and when you tell them you were told you’d have no fee, they basically say “well that sucks but you owe us”. Then, if you make good faith payments for 2 months in a row, they don’t care! They send it to collections! You’d think being a healthcare worker would mean you care about others but silly me for assuming that.
