Fred Meyer Pharmacy

Having had a bunch of past medical issues going to the pharmacy is a part of life, and this is my favorite one I have used to date! The staff are all extremely hardworking, and at the same time certainly overworked, but they show up every day and do their absolute best! They are friendly, kind, and considerate and do their best to go out of their way to help you if it is possible unlike many other pharmacies.

Just found out that Pharmacy charges our Medication through a discount card which i don’t even know we have one🙄 instead of our insurance. I called and asked for a customer service in the pharmacy cos i have questions and the lady i talked to is arrogant. Like she doesn’t care, she sounds like im bothering her. Its just weird since we used our insurance all the time, its just tricky and all they care is you pay the rest. All She said was WE CANT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT SINCE IT RUNS THROUGH DISCOUNT CARD,thats all she keeps saying🙄. Too bad this people doesn’t care about their customers.

One of my favorite stores and not a bad pharmacy. They have some really great technicians. I would strongly suggest that the pharmacists remember to treat the patient and our symptoms. Keep a better record of our history with you. And always, always respect the patient and what we are going through and not the numbers or what government protocols tell you. We aren’t numbers we are sick people and sometimes scared and in tremendous pain.

Lindsay who works there is VERY VERY VERY rude! I’ve never spoken to someone so openly rude in my life. Anytime a question is asked she sighs like you’re unconvincing her. Fred Meyer needs to fire her immediately!
