Fred Meyer Pharmacy

They do NOT offer curbside service! The pharmacy is located about a mile inside the store, and I’m disabled. Obviously understaffed as it takes them three days on average to fill an urgent prescription. Most staff are great and working hard, except for one rude young man.

The last times I been in there they can't find my prescriptions and the tell you it's really so it's frustrating and can't find me in there computer witch is a joke take them 10 minutes to find me in the computer they need more training

Just switched to this pharmacy for convenience and went to pick up my first rx there. I was told AFTER paying that the prescription i was there to fill was on "backorder". And they didn't know when it would get in. They instead had filled a far more expensive prescription for something different that I don't need filled yet at all. The pharmacist was rude and dismissive when I tried to ask if he knew when more of the medicine would be in, and flat out dismissed me when I asked if any other mg's might be available so maybe I could talk to my dr. About switching it for availability and I could cut them or take two etc. I'm not a confrontational person and it was making me super uncomfortable so I basically just said thanks and bye, but I deeply regret switching pharmacy's now. I'm switching

They let me know at 1:45 that they had received my prescription. They let me know at 7:30 pm that it was ready for pickup. When I expressed my displeasure at the long wait the pharmacist said “ that’s just the nature of healthcare”. I really don’t think they care.

For a very busy pharmacy, the team at this location is doing surprisingly well! They're always kind, courteous, and answers any questions I have. I've never had any problems getting my prescriptions filled. If you happen to be there when there's a long line and your default reaction is to complain about every inconvenience, perhaps it's a good time to take a mindful deep breath, or, come back another time, or, shop somewhere else and take note if your experience is any better.
