Can’t thank Heather and Mark enough for their exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to help my husband on a Sunday who needed new medications and had never filled a prescription there before. Heather was incredibly helpful with the required paperwork and insurance information and Mark walked us through how to administer the medication properly in a very kind and caring manner. Highly recommend!!

Fred Meyer Pharmacy does a great job filling my prescriptions without delays or being out of stock, and the employees are very nice and helpful. Plus it's really convenient to be able to pick up groceries or do some shopping in the store while you're there.

I usually love getting my prescriptions here as it's normally quick and easy.i came in a couple days ago in the evening time to pick up my medications that the Dr's office had sent in for me after being sick for over two weeks. The individual whom checking me out her name was Maddy she told me(no name tag) piercing in her nose. Completely rude, asking me rudely "and what do you want…? Well I explained that I wasn't sure what the Dr's office had sent over, and she then proceeded to not only look them up and give me a bunch of crap about them then went over to another individual and she was talking about my prescriptions and other stuff about myself to other individuals. Then finally only gave me one. And told me to come back another time. I will transfer my prescription to another pharmac

EVERYONE I have encountered, in person or on the phone, has been very polite, friendly, personable and competent.

Lance the Pharmacy Manager really needs to learn how to be a Professional. If he's frustrated with his job he needs to get over it or move on. It seems the last 5 or 6 years the Pharmacy has gained a God complex. Not just fred meyers but all of them. But Lance really needs to learn Professional behavior. Not all people that receive medication are drug addicts. Very poor customer service from Lance.
