Franklin Primary Care

I was so lucky to have Dr. Kerezti as my gyno for most of my life and when she retired, a couple years ago, I was assigned to Dr. Elaine Hulteng. I have never felt like my doctor wasn't listening to me, until now. Since I have been with Dr. Hulteng, I have been told that I did not have mammograms because she couldn't find it in her system at 2 annuals, and recently I have been told that I am not allowed to decide how I will have estrogen added to my body in menopause. I was told by Dr. Hulteng and her office manager, Wendi Koffinke, to find another doctor if I am not happy with the way that I am being treated. It feels incredibly disappointing to be treated this way by my gynocolgist's office, and I highly recommend that you look somewhere else for your healthcare services.

Generally, I have no issues with this office. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and have had som small issues in the past. Today however I waited OVER an hour to see the NP Glenn, forgot his last name. He comes in and asks how I’m doing and I replied, “I’m ticked off having to wait for over an hour for you. Sure, he apologized several times. The apologies were definitely not sincere. But his excuse for making me wait was the patient before me was late and Glenn said his hands were tied. I’m calling BS because common sense would say I should have been seen first. I was early for my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time. His nurse, Karen was fine and brought me in on time. I just don’t understand how such educated people have no common sense or decency. I had been

I went to Franklin Primary Care to have blood work drawn. The staff was pleasant. The phlebotomist was well trained and did not leave a bruise.

WOW! Incredibly rude front staff. Recently changed insurance and my insurance showed Dr. Anderson as accepting new patients. I changed her to my PCP and called for an appointment. Was practically berated because of her showing online as accepting new patients and they are very clearly NOT accepting patients. Guess I should have read their reviews first. 🙄 I’ll be glad to NEVER recommend this place. Finding a good and reliable PCP nowadays is next to impossible. Just like finding GOOD customer service is also next to impossible.

The office staff is so friendly and kind! They’re always genuinely nice when I call, or have an appointment. The office is always clean. The wait times are not bad at all! Glen Ollis who has been my primary care physician for a couple years is so thorough, and his bedside manner is impeccable! Any concerns I’ve raised about my help he has listened and explained on if it’s a concern or not, and orders tests as needed after thoroughly discussing with me! I highly recommend the office to anyone!
