Dr. Celis should spend time reviewing the patient charts prior to their appointment, especially when the patient is NEW! He didn’t look in “care everywhere”which has all the combined chart notes from multiple providers, left the room and returned and declared “you have bladder cancer” to my 81 year old mother, all after we had an exploratory bladder surgery done in October ruling cancer out! The next morning when I called to find out what happened (a friend took my mom to the apt) he returned my call 10 minutes before a procedure with another patient, argued with me defensively, then went into my mothers chart and wrote “I did NOT tell the patient she had cancer, but our friend attending with her and my mom both explain the appointment exactly the same in different interviews. Horrible hum

We meet with Dr. Chalk for a second opinion for my dad. Whole staff was very helpful, thorough, and genuinely Caring. Dr Chalk was the easiest Dr to follow while he explained everything in detail. He left no gray area. I went in with 30 or more questions but never had to ask. That is how knowledgeable and forthcoming he is. He wants to do what is best for the patient even if it is sending him to a different hospital. Thanks to him, we had a huge weight lifted and have the confidence and the answers to proceed. Thank you so much Dr Chalk and your whole staff. This whole situation has been an emotional roller coaster and even with the 20 phone calls I was never treated as a burden. I have never in my life been treated the way I was with Dr. Chalk. I have been through so very scary serious surgeries with him and with a new blood clot in my arm he told me I needed to figure out someone else to get treatment from he didn't know what to do anymore. No concern of the present blood clot just that he would no longer be seeing me. Pretty scary situation to leave someone in I've gone to UW and they were just as confused that someone would just say I don't know anymore and I won't treat you. Scariest situation in my life and even worse to just be left on your own by someone you trusted. Very hurtful and terrifying.

Meet Dr DeCamp for emergency surgery at the ER. He explained the situation well. The surgery took 5 or more hours then expected. He saved my arm. Follow up care with him or his care team was and is wonderful.

Dr. Berni saved my husband's life. He will be missed in his much deserved retirement. But he still receives excellent care from all the staff of this office. They all Rock
