Franciscan Urgent Care - Bainbridge Island

Came the day of New Years Eve extremely ill. They posted they would be closing early at 5, but luckily I had arrived at 4:30. Doors to UC were locked but I saw a man sitting inside. Went around the building and talked to the main front desk and she looked uncomfortable and awkward and told me she would check what was going on over there. When she went back all the lights were off. They saw me and locked the doors and turned off the lights. Then she said the main clinic couldn’t see me either because they were closing at 5pm. (It was 4:33pm) I was there during business hours and they refused to see me. I’ll be filing a report with the state.

I was able to get in to see a Dr in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was wonderful. Fortunately I had booked and a dermatologist appointment a few days later. Glad I did as the Dr had misdiagnosed my skin rash. I was going to get back to the Dr at urgent care but they called me with my test results. I told them that the results they gave me were not right, and explained what I had. I saw this as a learning experience for all involved. I’m glad this urgent care facility is on Bainbridge. Thank you for the quick response in getting me in to see the Dr. I would go again.

Better off heading to the ferry and going to Seattle then stopping here. You’ll be seen sooner and get better care. Waited over 2 hours, couldn’t get imaging, and I’m still waiting for the follow-up… except for the invoice, that they sent very fast. Honestly, it’s not worth the effort. Go anywhere else.

I had a very positive experience at Franciscian Urgent Care. I was seen very quickly and received medication and oinment for an infection on my face which resolved the infection. The staff was knowledgable and resolved my issue.

I was taken back within 10 minutes of arrival, saw a Dr. within 20 minutes, was able to obtain an xray, diagnosis and treatment with professional well versed staff within the hour. I appreciated the care and efficacy of the entire experience.
