This review is to relay our experience over the last 8 years. Practically the office is located centrally on Bainbridge Island. You can get there by bus, and have your high schooler walk across for appointments which we appreciate. We have never had difficulty finding parking. The waiting room has 3 different seating areas which I think is comforting for parents of infants. Over the summer 2025 they updated their patient portal. Through the portal you can verify appointments, send messages, review visit summaries, upload documents, review results, update medical records, and check billing. We have had to coordinate care with Seattle Children’s and appreciate being able to use the portal. We have seen at least 3 different providers including 1 that moved to Chicago. Review of Bainbridge Pediatrics – A Concerning Experience with Quality of Care and Communication I am writing this review in hopes of helping other families make informed decisions. Unfortunately, our experience with Bainbridge Pediatrics has raised serious concerns regarding both the quality of care and willingness to collaborate with parents on important health matters. We sought help for our child regarding behavioral and attention concerns. We provided Vanderbilt assessments and academic observations supporting possible ADHD, and we were hoping to begin a thoughtful discussion about evaluation and treatment options. This practice has been mismanaged for several years now. The phone does not get answered and they fail to return phone calls regularly. Recently they lied to me about state laws because they were unwilling to be helpful. (or because they didn't want to be wrong) The office manager asked me to not leave multiple messages even though they don't return phone calls when messages are left. I'm not sure who the owner of this practice is, but if they knew about all the mismanagement and communication problems, I would hope they would address them. When we put our family in their care, we expect better.

If your kid has a two-household family with divorced parents, Bainbridge Pediatrics office practices, portal, communication, invoicing, or billing are not functional. Doctors are great, but turn over quickly. . 4th doctor in 5 years. Office practices? Don’t know. Doctors are great at other places too.

This is quite possibly the worst pediatric office we have ever been to. (And we’ve moved a lot, so we’ve seen several.) We saw Dr. Fred before he retired and he ignored our concerns about our son for several months and told us that his chronic vomiting was a behavioral problem and he was doing it for attention, despite our efforts to convince him otherwise. I had to request a referral to Seattle Children’s Hospital several times before he gave it to us, and when we finally saw a doctor there, they had a clear explanation for what we were seeing and created a plan to address it. We had one visit with them and were able to fix the vomiting issue quickly. Because the issue went untreated for so long thanks to Dr. Fred’s refusal to help out, our son had significant dental decay from the shee
