Fradkin & Orenstein

Dr Fradkin and aft Orenstein are two of the nicest, and most knowledgeable eye doctors I have ever met. My whole family goes there and we are very happy. The office is a bit dated, but I’m not there for decorating tips. It is a small practice where they sometimes answer their own phones and truly care about their patients. They have a great selection of frames and reasonably priced. They do take insurance, too!

I am blown away. If I can give more stars, I would. The team went above and beyond taking care of the whole patient. They are so experienced, so kind, nice and helpful. After what I just went through with another, I learned that fancy stores cannot compensate for excellent care. We are all humans and deserve to be treated like one. Michelle has a warm and loving vibe. Dr.Fradkin is so thorough, explains well, fun and such a good person. Brian hits all the marks! My eyelashes no longer touch the glasses and everything is crystal clear. They just get it. Everything is smooth and painless. I just need to recover from the referral though. As I still feel like crying. I know Dr.Fradkin doesn't care about these reviews. I guess it is my way of saying thank you.

I can't say enough good things about this practice! Dr. Fradkin helped find a very serious issue with one of my eyes during a routine exam. He paid extra attention to my concerns and helped refer me to a specialist in an expedited manner. He assisted me getting a referral with a retina specialist over the weekend to make sure that I was seen as quickly as possible. Thanks to his attention and concern it helped save my vision and possibly my life. The whole office has always treated my whole family with great care and immediacy.

I have been a patient here since about 2003, mostly seeing Dr. Orenstein and now Dr. Fradkin, as Dr. Orenstein has retired. The same people have been here the whole time, and I suspect for much longer. I've always been happy with the care I have received and the eyewear I have purchased.
