Fox Valley Primary and Immediate Care

They were rushing because it was close to closing time. I am still waiting on results from my xray.. I even called this morning, was told I would receive the results by email as well as receive a call back in 30mins! The doctor Brenda Jefferson-Bryd went back and forth with me over what pharmacy I wanted to use… I kept telling her I don’t know which is a 24hr so pick one. She kept arguing and demanding a specific location. They were no help to what I went for. I was never asked any medical questions prior to me being seen. The clinic was very ghetto! I will never return nor reccomend!

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I took my family member there who needed immediate care as he couldn’t walk, high Fever, had dizziness and breathing issues. I went in first just to make sure I register my family before transporting him inside. Upon check-in I was told someone will see him and to bring him in. We had to physically carry him out of the car and he some how dragged himself into the urgent care. We waited (even though) the clinic was essentially empty. Only one person was sitting waiting for their results I believe. Upon inquiring a couple of times on what’s taking long - the receptionist informed us that the nurse won’t be checking him and we need to take him to the ER. Without. Seeing. Him. Office was not very clean. Doctor was not thorough. I had to ask for her to check my ears throat and chest based on my symptoms. Went an hour after appt to Walgreens for prescription, it was not called in yet. Called office to check and they apologized said they will send right away, another 30mins went back to counter and they still have not sent in prescription. I had to call a 2nd time to ask about it and they still did not put it through. I understand if you’re busy but you need to communicate better.

Very fast and wonderful experience. From the front desk to the examination room they took great care of my grandson’s sports physical. Very clean and modern facility Love this place definitely will return.

I always had great experience whenever I needed urgent care. Staff is friendly and doctors are very professional and listen to my concerns patiently, explained my health issues and explain action he is taking to address my health issues. I definitely recommend to visit this facility for any urgent care.
