Maria gabremichael is phenomenal! Im so happy she's my daughters Pediatrician shes lovely personable knows how to talk to kids and understands them, and knows her medical field very well.Her medical assistant Ashley Torres is excellent too! She is efficient warm conversational and a great MA. My daughter Aimara and I love this duo.

I’ve been taking my kids to this pediatric office for 15 years and while the doctors are wonderful especially at our most recent visit the front desk experience really needs improvement. A few months ago, I scheduled a wellness appointment for one of my children. When the day came, I was told the appointment had been canceled because they had some technical issues and another patient with the same last name and date of birth sounded like bologna . No one ever called me to let me know that they canceled the appointment . When I expressed concern, I was told they were being “gracious to the patients” because of technical issues even though they are the ones having issues. Today, at our rescheduled appointment, the doctor was amazing caring, professional, and great with my child. However, w

This office is consistently running 30+ minutes behind. Everytime we’ve been in, doesn’t matter if it’s sick or well visits. For an added bonus, you can now check yourself in too. Went in for a sick visit today, receptionist told me I had to use my phone to check in, which kept getting errors. We then left without being seen after waiting for 30+ minutes in a closed room…. Causing us to nearly miss our next appointment, scheduled an hour later. Complete waste of time, they need to learn how to schedule correctly to run on time.

DON'T TRUST THEM HERE!! Don't go here. They don't honor confidentiality. I opted out of the digital New York, HIXNEY, database for my children, but they broke the law and did it anyway, for all of my children!!! Now multiple states have all my kids healthb info that I never consented to. Thisnis MY life and I have the right to chose fornmy children and I. Obviously rhis office doesnt agree. They kike to take over decisions for parents. DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR KIDS!! They are law breakers and need to be held accountable. HIPPA laws aren't honored here.

In our every visit,we are well informed and guided by Dr.Miller.My child is getting all needed vaccines and medical care in time and the staffs are all sweet and professional.I am very grateful.
