Steph makes you feel understood and heard. She takes time during every session to talk through how you are feeling, what changed since the last visit, and what you want to focus on. Nothing ever feels rushed or routine. What really sets Steph apart is her personality and character. She is calm, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. She walks you through every stretch, every movement, and every adjustment, explaining what you are doing, why you are doing it, and where it is happening in your body. I've had a great experience working with Steph, and will definitely work with her any time I need help with an injury and/or pain. She really listened to my needs and provided expert, customized guidance for addressing those needs through functional movement. The ability to have physical therapy sessions with her, inside a fully equipped gym like PWRBLD, is simply amazing.

I injured my back and neck and couldn't sleep for multiple weeks. A friend referred me to Steph. She assessed my injury with accuracy (she has tech that gives you actual data on where your stronger weaker), and put me on a prescriptive plan to recover. Great person, enthusiastic, pays attention to you, and will educate you through your recovery. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience working with Steph! Her transparent prices are much more reasonable than other clinics (where you usually get hit with a huge bill afterwards). I struggled with plantar fasciitis which was deterring me from training for my first half marathon. After working with Steph, I not only walked away with no foot pain but I also learned much better running form which set me up for success. There is no way I would have been able to complete my half marathon without working with her and I’d highly recommend Foundational Movement if you’re struggling with chronic pain or an injury!

Anyone who has dealt with lower back pain knows it's one of the worst pains and can ruin your quality of life. Spending 1 on 1 time with Stephanie was crucial to getting to where I am today! She helped improve my body stability and went over techniques to brace better.
