Great in-store experience. The hearing aids have made a huge impact on my loved one’s ability to hear and engage. Life changing.

We went to try out their new AI assisted hearing aids. The product is amazing, we were actually excited to leave with them! The staff was incredibly pleasant, welcoming and professional. The two audiologists we dealt with, Kathleen and Bess were patient, extremely competent, addressed every question, professional and excellent listeners (no pun intended). I worked in the medical field for 45 years, the entire Fortell experience is at the top of patient/customer interactions I’ve seen.

Felt hip just being there. Made the experience of buying a hearing aid feel like the cool thing to be doing!
